Designation Regional Trainer

Team Retail and ISO Sales

Reporting to Team Leader L&D

Locations – Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and other tier two cities across India.

Role Summary

As the Regional Trainer, the incumbent shall be responsible for leading learning and development of the retail sales team with Team Leader Learning and Development at Fiserv.

Role and Responsibilities

a. Training delivery for Product, Process and other associated topics related to organization from time to time.

b. To conduct on the job training (OJT) by visiting the field with the business counsellor on daily basis or as directed by the leadership team.

c. To conduct assessment and share feedback of the business counsellor as per the prescribed format share by the Manager.

d. To conduct refresher of the topics where both Classroom and OJT for the Business counsellor who are under performing.

e. To prepare the MIS of the training conducted as and when directed by the Manager.

f. To travel to locations as and when required by the Leadership team for Training delivery.

g. To conduct the training for special projects as and when desired by the leadership team.

Expected Outcomes

1. Effective execution of the training calendar and training deliveries as set by the central team.

2. Effective preparation of Training reports, Performance sheet of BCs and Review reports.

3. Marked improvements in the sales performance of BC.

Desired Traits

A. Should have an effective communication skill, proficient in English and the local language.

B. Should be a strong team player and is good in coordination with each team member, Business Manager and Zonal Manager.

C. Should have the work experience in sales a minimum of 3-5 years.

D. Should have the experience in training delivery for a minimum of 2 years.

E. Candidate should be based in the desired location is preferred.

F. Should have the relevant experience from Payments or Banking sector.

G. Should be well verse with technology like digital payments, Merchant on-boarding, KYC documentation.

H. Should be able to demonstrate the usage of Smartphone, Tablet for boarding and training purposes.

I. Should be proficient with MS Office, email communication and MS team to prepare Reports, reviews and conduct VILT session.
